Having more than 20 years of work experience in the field of IFRS training and consulting, Avetik Movsisyan collaborates with various educational, audit and consulting companies. In 1995 he graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of Yerevan State University. In 2000 he completed the biennial training course of the “International Accountancy Training Center” educational fund. In 2004, he was qualified as an accountant by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia. In 2011, he obtained the qualification of a specialist in financial reporting (Dip-IFR) issued by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Avetik Movsisyan has been involved in the official translation process of IFRSs as an expert of Review Commission. He is an author of a number of Articles that provide insight into the IFRS requirements.

Vahan Grigoryan has more than 15 years of professional work experience in the field of accounting, financial reporting, taxes. He has worked in large holdings (including “SOVRANO”, “Vidis Distribution”, “Distrimex”, “Unicorn Trade”, “Yerevan Chocolate Factory”, “Krpak”, “Press Stand” companies) for about 10 years as chief accountant. Prior to this, he worked at “Kapan Accounting Office” company as Director, and he commenced his career as an accountant at “DANESIA” company. Since 2019, he works as a part-time director for “RECA” company (provision of accounting, consulting services). He has also been teaching since 2011 to date. Beginning from 2019, being a full-fledged member of the Chamber of the Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia, he has been involved in the process of implementation of tax legislation reforms, has been engaged in the works of drafting tax guidelines. Starting from 2015 he has been an accountant qualified by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, in 2018 he was awarded a qualification of an expert accountant by AAAA, later, in 2020, by the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia.
