1997- Founding Member of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (АААА). Following this, he has worked as an expert at IFAC (International Federation of Accountants), as Chairperson of the Accounting Commission of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (АААА), member of the АААА Board, member of the Interagency Commission on Reforms of Accounting and Auditing Systems of the Republic of Armenia, member of Qualification Commission of Auditors and Accountants.
1998 – He was directly involved in reforms of accounting and auditing systems implemented in the Republic of Armenia, including the translation, editing and localization of IASs, IFRSs, ISAs, developing of laws, accounting plans, financial reporting package, initial accounting documents and other draft legal acts required for introduction of new systems.
Tatul Movsisyan is the author of 19 professional, educational manuals and dozens of articles.
From 1999 – Mr Tatul Movsisyan conducts lectures at higher educational institutions and specialised organizations.

Artur Harutyunyan

Arthur Harutyunyan has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and consulting, in private, as well as public sectors. He also has a long-term experience of teaching accounting and auditing in the leading higher education institutions of the Republic of Armenia. Since 2006, he is the Director of “AN Audit”.
In 1995, he graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of National Economy obtaining the qualification of an economist with specialization in accounting and auditing. In 1998, he graduated from the School of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia obtaining qualification of a state servant with specialization in public administration and local self-government. He is an auditor qualified by the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia. He also holds a certificate of chief accountant of investment companies, investment funds and fund managers issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. He also holds a first class ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business, as well as an ACCA Qualification Certificate in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (Cert IPSAS).
From 2002 he is a member of the Board of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (AAAA) and the Chairperson of Education and Qualification Commission, and from 2014 —also Deputy Chairperson at AAAA. Since 2020 – he is the Deputy Chairperson of the Chamber և the Chairperson of the Qualification Commission.
2017-2018 – He became member of the Board on Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship operating under the aegis of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. 2018-2020 – Arthur Harutyunyan was the member of the Board of Trustees of the “Investment Support Center” Fund (former Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development National Centre).

Since 1993 under the guidance of Hovhannes Petrosyan a number of accounting reforms were carried out in the Republic of Armenia, including the translation, editing and localization of IFRSs, IFRSs of small and medium-size companies, developing the draft laws of the Republic of Armenia “On Accounting”, “On auditing”, “On regulation and public oversight of accounting and auditing”, as well as other draft legal acts required for introduction of accounting plans and the new system. Mr. Arthur Petrosyan was directly involved in the public sector accounting reforms.

Nairi Adamyan has vast experience in the implementation of automated accounting systems (including ERP systems) in large companies, as well as in the trainings held for accounting personnel of budget institutions and commercial organisations.
He has the class rank of the second class state counselor of the Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia.

Having more than 26 years of professional experience, Armen Hovhannisyan was directly involved in the reforms of the accounting and auditing systems of the Republic of Armenia. He periodically participated in discussions on new laws in the fields of accounting and auditing and on solving issues expected to arise as a result of these changes. As one of the effective players in development of the audit field of the Republic of Armenia, he has repeatedly spoken about mandatory audit, pricing of audit services, legislative regulations on procurement and the established culture, including also in the media. Armen Hovhannisyan is the Director of Grant Thornton CJSC, and supervises the Audit Department of Financial Institutions. He is specialised in the field of internal control systems and accounting of the banks. He has extensive professional experience in auditing and accounting missions of financial institutions, banks and credit organizations. He also has an excellent knowledge of international accounting standards, as well as international auditing standards, international financial reporting standards and accounting standards of the Republic of Armenia. Armen Hovhannisyan conducts its professional activities in Armenia, as well as in the entire CIS region.

Irina Gevorgyan has more than 19 years of professional work experience in the field of audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards and provision of consultancy services related to them, she also manages projects in Armenia and Georgia. She has been working for “KPMG Armenia” LLC since 2003. She has held the position of the Partner of Audit Department since October 2017. During her time at KPMG, she has worked at London, Moscow and Tbilisi offices of the company. Irina Gevorgyan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has obtained an auditor qualification by the Ministry of Finance and Economics of the Republic of Armenia. She has earned a Master of Business Administration degree from IE Business School in Madrid (MBA). Irina Gevorgyan is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the Yerevan State University and has a Masters degree.
